Please note that we are only able to provide the services listed in the confirmation once the requested deposit has been received in our account.
Cancellation policy:
If the cancellation is send to us in a written form at least 21 days prior to the arrival (during the high-season, national holidays, school-break), or at least 7 days prior to the arrival (low-season), the prepaid deposit can be used within 1 year from the cancellation day, depending on free capacity, for a reservation of an at least equal value.
The deposit payed, in this way is not lost. If the reservation is not cancelled, or the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be payed back.
In case the half board is not enough to satisfy the needs, our apartments for two-, four- and six-guests are provided with a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy preparing your meals the way you like. Alternatively, if you fancy a restaurant-style lunch, the doors of our eatery are wide open for you from noon, serving delicious, traditional meals.

Cancellation policy
- The prepaid deposit can be used within 1 year from the cancellation day in case the cancellation is being sent to us in a written form at least 5 days prior to the arrival (during the high-season, national holidays, school-breaks), or at least 2 days prior to the arrival (low-season), the booking re-schedule must be communicated in a written form and depends on the capacity, for a reservation of an at least equal value.
- The deposit paid, in this way is not lost. If the reservation is not cancelled, or the guest does not show up on the day of the arrival, the deposit is not be paid back.
- (Non-refundable booking) The reservation can not be cancelled. The whole amount is to be charged from the credit card provided, on the day the reservation has been made. This amount is non-refundable.
- Payment conditions: Your reservation is not valid until you send us your credit card details. The whole booking fee is to be charge on the day the booking and it is non-refundable. Additional hotel and restaurant services, as well as the city tax should be paid at the reception in cash or by credit card.
